We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch; the wellness area was beautifully designed and the wooden sledges were a great bonus. Additionally, the location was perfect for our ski lessons with the little ones. The breakfast was delicious and we especially loved the fresh bread service. Parking was hassle-free and convenient.

The hotel stay was more than we could've asked for. the host was welcoming and offered great customer service. the rooms were comfortable, clean and furnished with all the necessities. breakfast was exceptional with freshly-baked bread and a range of breakfast items to choose from. the location was amazing, making it easy to take part in outdoor activities and explore. the wellness and gym facilities that the hotel offered were just the thing to relax after an eventful day.

The lighting in the common area at night was too bright and could be uncomfortable.

The hotel is located at the heart of the ski slopes and offers a wonderful view of the majestic mountains around. The room was spacious enough to accommodate my family and cozy enough for us to feel relaxed. We enjoyed the free use of the sledges and the fresh bread service was a real treat every morning.

Our stay was severely marred by the poor maintenance and inadequate cleanliness of the hotel. The bathroom had a bad smell and the towels were not changed daily.

The rooms were clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the mountains. After a long day of outdoor activities, I had the opportunity to relax in the spa and wellness center, which had a sauna, jacuzzi, and even a solarium. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly memorable.

Great spa area and amazing views of the surrounding nature. the wooden interiors offered a cozy, homely feel, and the breakfast selection was fresh. the location was ideal for hiking and finding some peace and quiet.

The lighting system in the hallway was very inconvenient, turning on too brightly and destroying the atmosphere. the absence of a wet clothes drying area in the room was also disappointing.
